Tatum EZ-Out Express Periotome Kit

The Tatum EZ-Out Express Periotomes are designed to facilitate ease of use and control for extraction of teeth.  The tips are extremely fine and sharp and are easily damaged if excessive force is used.  
Place the index finger along the axis of the blade, marking the depth of required penetration. (The Index finger acts as an occlusal stop)  Continue with a slight twisting action to gently insert the tip into the socket.  The fine sharp tips cut ligaments while compressing the bone and raising the tooth from the socket.  Continue to 2/3 the depth of the root keeping close to the root wall.  If the root still remains firm, repeat the process on the opposite side.
