MMA-free denture bases with > 100 MPa flexural strength.
dx finest denture is a light-curing, biocompatible resin for 3D printing denture bases and complete prostheses. MMA-free formulation means no residual monomer concerns. Flexural strength above 100 MPa and Shore D hardness above 83 for durable, break-resistant bases. Available in pink-transparent and pink. Class IIa, FDA 510(k) cleared. 500g and 1,000g bottles.

Post-cure protocol
Otoflash G171: 2x2,000 flashes under nitrogen, rotate halfway. Heygears PCU 3.0: 5 min under water. Dreve PCU LED N2: 2x3 min progressive + N2, rotate after 3 min. Allow 30 min at room temp before post-cure.
